This is an open-ended, and completely complimentary, Q&A session over phone or Zoom (your choice) for 30 minutes, to ask whatever is on your mind as you consider this path.
You'll walk away from this meeting with the confidence that this is (or isn’t) the path for you and an idea of the pros and cons and next steps of starting your own HR freelancing business.
These sessions are where we'll get to work together, rolling up our sleeves and getting your business off the ground using what I've learned in my own process. We can speak each other's language as HR practitioners and focus on what you need to feel ready and successful.
Each session is up to 60 minutes via phone or Zoom (your choice) with up to 1 week of open follow-up support provided via email following the session.
Cost for each is $150 a la carte, or pre-commit to all six for $800.
Define your identity, value proposition, your differentiation, and establish your boundaries
Determine your target market of clients and how to get in front of them
Decide what you can offer and what you don’t want to do and how to determine how much it is worth to your target market
Create your launch timeline – when and how, plus a staged approach to growth
Discuss the basics you need (and don't need) in place to launch your business, like an LLC, a website, a logo, collateral, SOWs and invoices, etc - and how to go about creating each
Talk through what you've been successful in and where you still need mentorship as you get started
